1. GLOBAL ARTIST PROMOTION IN EACH CITY (UP TO 24 GIGS PER YEAR)

a. ONLINE PROMOTION

WE WILL DO ONLINE PROMOTION FOR UP TO 24GIGS PER YEAR IN LOCAL SITES AS WELL. MOST OF THE GIGS PROMOTION VIA SEO, FACEBOOK, TWITTER OUT OF UK (AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, EUROPE, ASIA- CHINA, KOREA, DUBAI, EMIRATES).
b. VIRAL / VIDEO PROMOTION

Champions Entertainment will also Create a VIDEO for each Gig highlighting you along with the Promoters Event like

We will also promote on Video Sites like Youtube, Video.
c. PRE-PROMOTION EMAILS

PRE-PROMOTION EMAILS TO MUSIC AND CLUBBING ENTHISIASTS IN Any SPECIFIC CITY/COUNTRY A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT (This can be done for each Gig or Only gigs where the Organizer agreed to share the attendee list – upto 24 gigs per year)
d. ENEWSLETTER PROMOTION

Email / Mobile List from Each Gig (if you can!!) – enewsletter for the fan base that you send once a month (total of 12 enewsletters per year)
e. DIGITAL PROMOTION
You don’t need to be at the Top or pay an Arm and a Leg to have a dedicated digital promotion team like Armin. Champions Entertainment will provide you the team and do everything similar to Armin Van Buuren or better. We will handle the complete web promotion along with Organizing gigs and parties etc with you as the primary Artist/DJ.

Website/ Online Marketing/ Assist With Bookings/ Promotion. Work with your existing Manager/Website Designer (if any) to ensure Complete support for all your Promotional Activities and Gigs. Social Media Optimization on MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to YouTube, Flickr, Digg and del.icio.us, to blogs and podcasts, social networking sites. Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click Management(optimise paid (PPC) and natural (SEO) campaigns), Mobile Channels and Content Creation and Commercial Copywriting, Online/Website Analysis and Tracking

Website Design & Updates, UPLOAD OF VIDEOS, Design of Logo/ MAINTENANCE OF WEBSITE AFTER EACH GIG. PHOTOS, UPDATED VIDEOS on YOUTUBE, Maintain Community/Forum, Dates/Publish Next month’s plan etc

4. RADIOSHOW Promotion:

Champions Entertainment will work with Global RadioShows to have you on them. Internet Radio Promotions as well and Internet Radio Shows will be approached.

Champions Entertainment will maintain the Fan Database with Email, Name, Mobile (if possible). We will have a Email Campaign / SMS campaign sent before each gig to appropriate location inviting audience to the event. Champions Entertainment will keep this email base file verified and update it monthly along with mailing a enewsletter monthly.

COMMITMENT NEEDED FROM ARTIST :

Champions Entertainment(CE) needs your Commitment of Two to Four Weeks in the year to play at locations that we identify (in lieu of this promotional activity). We will take care of your Flight and F&B at these locations.

Get Extra Gigs in Each City where you are Going to be will be arranged by this dedicated team. You will only need to pay if we find any extra gigs for you in the City where you are playing (This is optional package and only offered for those who specifically opt for this).
